This kind of <a href=\"https:\/\/www.scuoladifallimento.com\/en\/glossary\/intelligence\/\" rel=\"noopener\" target=\"_blank\">intelligence<\/a> is expressed in the will and, at the same time, in the pleasure of understanding the intentions, motivations and desires of other people and in <strong>the ability to understand and accept points of view that are different from their own.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>People who manifest this type of intelligence possess strong leadership and are good <a href=\"https:\/\/www.scuoladifallimento.com\/en\/glossary\/people-management\/\" rel=\"noopener\" target=\"_blank\">people managers<\/a>: they are skilled in building relationships, managing people, resolving any conflicts and, consequently, working effectively in a group as well.
