EVENTS

The goal of building and spreading a healthy culture of failure means widespread and on-going participation, which allows us to talk about, listen and share knowledge and experience with as many people as possible.

In the event of a high number of participants, we organise training conventions, motivational talks and knowledge learning, ad hoc workshops based on specific requests.
Listening and talking about our mistakes is a way to begin to change our mindsets, by focussing on the incriminating act and not the person who committed it. Sharing our story and emotions could also help others, too. Doing it on-line is certainly more enriching for us and for those who decide to embark on a journey of change and advancement.

It is also for this reason that, at Scuola di Fallimento, we are not for shutting ourselves in our classrooms, or limiting ourselves to one-to-one sessions, but we are committed to:

• taking part in events – such as industry festivals, summits and job-fairs
• building partnerships and setting up projects with like-minded business owners, non-profit organisations and corporate organisations, with which we can create shared and complementary projects
