TRADITIONAL METHOD
A combination of “classroom” teaching and active participation, with a view to knowledge searching and sharing and stimulating shared reflection among attendees.
The traditional approach combines the “classroom” teaching set up with active involvement of participants, with a view to searching for and sharing knowledge to stimulate reflection among learners.
These are classroom teaching sessions, conducted in a physical or virtual space, where, on the one hand, we channel content and, on the other, we facilitate the learning process, stimulating participation and comparison among participants, who take on an active role.
The ideal length varies from 60 minutes to 4 hours.
Greater time availability allows us to develop a topic in a detailed and slow-burn way, thus facilitating its assimilation and memorisation.
This is ideal in organisations where the topic of the culture of error and failure is being tackled for the first time.
